NADRA Regional Head Office Multan, invites sealed bids from the interested suppliers/firms, registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, for the provision of following IT & Office Equipment for NADRA Regional Head Office Multan:- Sr. Type of Equipment Qty Sr. Type of Equipment Qty Description 1.1 Laptops System 108 1.6 LED Monitors 642 Detailed specifications of all Equipment are provided in the tender documents. 1.2 Form Scanners 43 1.7 Shredders (Heavy Duty) 22 1.3 Printers 41 1.8 Shredders 10 1.4 Signature Scanners 30 1.9 Photocopiers 02 1.5 Cameras 90 1.10 LED TVs 10 2. Bids will be processed through ?Single Stage Two Envelop Procedure?. 3. ?Technical Proposal? & ?Financial Proposal? must be marked on the Top of each envelop and Bid Security, amounting to Rs. 400,000/-, in the name of ?NSRC Disbursement Account RHO NADRA Multan attached with Technical Bid. 4. Both, separately packed in envelops, Technical & Financial Bids marked as ?Bids for IT & Office Equipment? should be sent to Director (Admin), NADRA Regional Head Office, 221-A, SRA Colony, Multan by mail/hand on/before 06 May 2024 (Monday) till 1130 Hours. 5. The Technical Bids for IT & Office Equipment will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of the Suppliers / Firms? representatives, who may like to be present. 6. Minimum Bid validity of 90 days is required from the day of Technical Bid Opening. 7. The Technical & Financial Bidding Documents along with detail terms and conditions can be obtained from NADRA RHO Multan during working hours (in working days only) from the day publication to 06 May 2024 (Monday) (before closing time) by submitting Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs.1,000 (Non-Refundable) in the Name of ?NSRC Disbursement Account RHO NADRA Multan? or can be downloaded free of cost from PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. |
